www.socheese.fr is produced by a team of professional journalists, based in Lille, France.
Arnaud Sperat-Czar, editor in chief, launched the magazine Profession Fromager (www.professionfromager.com) in 2002, after creating the Amateur de fromage in 1994. Fascinated with cheese and journalist for more than 20 years, he has published several works. In 2001, Fromages du monde was published by Hachette (written with Roland Barthélemy).
The team launched www.socheese.fr for the general public, whilst continuing the adventure in the professional sector.
