Croustillant de camembert

Ingrédients

- Dip both sides of a whole camembert in an egg mixture, then place in breadcrumbs. Repeat. Then fry cut into cubes and fr.

- Serve with creamy butternut squash soup and gravy.

Pair with an Alsatian wine such as a Pinot Noir d’Alsace.
