Coffee Herve

Ingrédients

200g coffee financier, 100ml sirop de Liège, and 200g farmhouse Herve

- In the bottom of a wide little glass, add a piece of financier covered in sirop de Liège.

- Place a piece of farmhouse Herve on top, cut into the same shape.

- Leave to cool in the fridge for a few hours in order to make the most of the flavours
