Roquefort and prune madeleines

Ingrédients

100 g flour, 50 g ground almonds, 100 g butter, 100 g roquefort, 50 g chopped prunes and 4 egg whites.

Makes 20 madeleines

- Melt the butter with the roquefort.

- Whip up the egg whites. Add the ground almonds, prunes and flour and finally add the melted butter.

- Don’t add too much salt as the roquefort already very salty!

- Cook for 15 to 20 minutes in a hot oven (180°C).
