Egg custard with goat’s cheese and cinnamon

Ingrédients

½l milk, 2 eggs, 30g sugar, 100g goat’s cheese, and 1 cinnamon stick.

Serves 4

- Boil the milk with the sugar and cinnamon stick.

- Beat the eggs with the fresh goat’s cheese.

- Take out the cinnamon stick and mix everything together.

- Grease the ramekins and pour in the mixture.

- Cook at 190°c for 45 minutes.
