Reinette apples stuffed with Pont-l’évêque and walnuts

Ingrédients

- Cut the top off the apple and take out the inside.

- Fill with cubes of Pont-l’éveque, apple, chopped walnuts and celery. Cover with chicken stock and a knob of butter and bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
