Traditional ratatouille with warm goat’s cheese, roasted sardine and lime

Ingrédients

10 slices of bread, 300g ratatouille, 10g wholegrain mustard, 1 Granny Smith apple, 100g goat’s cheese, 200g sardines, and 1 lime.

- Make a ratatouille with courgette, aubergine, and tomato.

- When cooked, season and add the mustard.

- Cut the apple into quarters and then slices.

- Slice the goat’s cheese.

- Fry the sardines in a pan (skin side first), and add the lime.

- Spread the ratatouille on the bread, and add the apple, goat’s cheese and then the sardine.

- Place in the oven until the cheese becomes creamy.
