Make a ratatouille with courgette, aubergine, and tomato.
When cooked, season and add the mustard.
Cut the apple into quarters and then slices.
Slice the goat’s cheese.
Fry the sardines in a pan (skin side first), and add the lime.
Spread the ratatouille on the bread, and add the apple, goat’s cheese and then the sardine.
Place in the oven until the cheese becomes creamy.
