Andouille de Vire and Maroilles slice

Ingrédients

10 slices of bread, 10g white wine, 10g garlic, 200g andouille de Vire, and 200g maroilles.

- Toast the bread

- Rub with a clove of garlic and drop of white wine.

- Alternate half slices of andouille and Maroilles

- Cook in the oven on a low heat so that the cheeses remains creamy.

Based on a recipe from the ‘Au bout des doigts’ restaurant
